We GUARANTEE you will experience IMMEDIATE, SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS by going solar if you possess the following qualities:

  • You are employed/have taxable income (to take advantage of federal tax benefits)
  • Roof is less than 15 years old and is in good shape
  • No trees need to be removed from your property in order to provide a 100% offset
  • Average monthly electric bill exceeds $150
  • Panel box is rated at a minimum of 200 amp

This offer is open to owners of residential properties only
  1. Must have good credit
  2. Current average monthly electric bill is greater than $150
  3. Must have access to attic, or be alright with us creating a small access
  4. Rates stated on the Solar Savings Calculator page are estimates and will depend on each person’s individual usage
  5. Rates on the Solar Savings Calculator page exclude roof replacement and tree removal, if either is required
  6. Roofs over 10-15 years old must be replaced (which we will do), before panels can be installed
  7. Trees that create shade on rooftops must be removed (which we will do), before panels can be installed
  8. Electric Panel/Breaker Box must be at least 200 amp. If it isn’t, we can perform an upgrade for you.
  9. Payment options are subject to restrictions. For example, only individuals who are employed (receive taxable income) qualify for Payment Option 1. And the amount of shade on a home can disqualify others from receiving Payment Option 2.
  10. Must participate in the “autopay” feature, which allows our customers to pay bills in a green, paperless manner.
